Groups and timetables
Each group has a weekly schedule, a coach, a price and a number of places. Sessions are created from the timetable automatically, skipping public holidays and the club’s breaks. You see at once how many places are free and who starts next month.
Contracts you don’t fill in by hand
The group’s standard contract text is filled in with the child, the parent, the group and the price. The contract goes to the parent by e-mail for signing (ID card, Mobile-ID, Smart-ID), and the program reminds about contracts that are not yet signed.
Monthly invoices in one click
Every child’s monthly invoice at once, with a reference number, as a PDF and by e-mail. A part month is charged by days or by sessions, and discounts and VAT come out right. Children from the same family on one invoice.
Merit Aktiva and payments
Sent invoices go to Merit Aktiva and payments are read back from it – the invoice is marked as paid by itself. Late payers get an automatic reminder.
Coach view on the phone
The coach sees today’s sessions, marks attendance and finds the parents’ contacts. They don’t see invoices, contracts or personal ID codes.
E-mails from the club’s own address
Invoices, reminders, group letters and contracts go to parents in your club’s name – if you like, straight from the club’s own e-mail address. You see every e-mail in a preview before it is sent.
The program works in Estonian, English and Russian.

Add a child to a group for a trial session – they are on the list, but no invoice is made. If they stay, you confirm the contract with one click.
Attendance reports

Data is stored in the European Union (Sweden). Personal ID codes are protected separately and files are kept in private storage.

Who is Practiva for?
Sports clubs, hobby groups and hobby schools that keep track of children, contracts and monthly fees – from a few dozen participants up. The program is built together with a working youth club.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Practiva works in a web browser on both computer and phone. The coach opens their view on the phone – no app to install.
How much does Practiva cost?
The monthly fee depends on the number of active participants: up to 25 participants €15, up to 100 participants €39 a month (excl. VAT). Every plan includes every feature. The first 30 days are free.
Which accounting programs does Practiva connect to?
Merit Aktiva: invoices go to Merit and payments are read back from it. If you use another program, write to us – where possible we will build an integration with it too.
How do I start?

Where is my club’s data stored?
In the European Union (Sweden). The data belongs to the club – you can export it at any time, and it is deleted when the contract ends.
